Copyright Policy

Meet Love Repeat (www.meetloverepeat.com) (“MLR”) strongly supports the protection of, and respects, copyrights and intellectual property rights. Copyright infringement will not be tolerated on MLR, and MLR will remove or disable any content that it believes infringes a copyright, whether or not the infringement is discovered by MLR or is brought to our attention by the copyright owner or anyone else.

To simplify the enforcement of its copyright policy, MLR will respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the United States’ Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). (A copy of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act may be found here: www.copyright.gov.) The DMCA provides website operators with a useful procedure to assist in the discovery, review and removal of infringing content. Under the DMCA an individual who either owns, or represents the owner of, copyrighted content may bring a claim that someone has used copyrighted content without permission of the owner to MLR’s attention so that MLR may review and act upon claims of infringement. If we believe that copyrighted content has been used without the owner’s permission, our response to a complaint made under the DMCA may include removing or disabling access to such content. In some cases, or in cases involving repeat infringers, MLR may prevent an MLR subscriber or user from continuing to access and use MLR. If we disable access to, or remove, posted content in response to such a notice, we will make a good-faith attempt to contact the poster of the affected content so that the poster may send a “counter notification” disputing that the poster’s content infringes the rights of another. MLR reserves the right to investigate and act upon DMCA Copyright Infringement Notifications or Counter Notifications in any manner which we believe protects the rights of MLR and the legitimate copyright owner, and, which complies with the terms of the DMCA. The instructions for making a complaint under the DMCA or for sending a counter notification follow. Please note that it is MLR’s policy to document all notices of alleged infringement on which we act, and to maintain copies of all identifying information for all posters and complainants involved in a DMCA investigation.

If you are the owner, or a representative of an owner, of copyrighted content and you would like to make a formal infringement complaint about content on MLR, or counter such an infringement complaint, please see Copyright Infringement Notification or Copyright Infringement Counter Notification, below, and follow the instructions we have included there.

Please note that you may be liable for damages (including court costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that posted content is infringing your copyright(s).

If you are NOT the copyright owner (or a representative of an owner) but believe that copyrighted content has been infringed by something you have seen on MLR and you would like to bring the possible infringement to our attention (that is, you believe that someone has posted content on MLR that does not belong to the poster), please send us an email at [email protected]; DO NOT send us a Digital Millennium Copyright Act Copyright Infringement Notification. MLR reserves the right to investigate and act on or to determine not to investigate or act upon any complaint by someone other than a copyright owner (or a representative of an owner). Please include with your email links to the material you would like us to review and any other information that will help us locate the posted content and determine whether or not the content is infringing or is being used properly.
