  • INTRODUCTION. Meet Love Repeat ( (“MLR”), and the company that owns it, Fabonetti Holding Limited (collectively, “Company,” “us,” or “we”), understand that the privacy of our subscribers, users and visitors (collectively, "you" or "your") is very important. We are committed to respecting your privacy rights.

    This Privacy Policy explains how we use information which we learn about you when you subscribe to or visit MLR. This Policy does not cover any information that we may receive from or about you from any other source other than just through your use of MLR (for example, your use of a credit card to subscribe to or pay for services on MLR).

    Please Note: MLR expressly and strictly limits its subscription and/or viewing privileges to adults 18 years of age older. All persons who do not meet these criteria are strictly forbidden from accessing or viewing the contents of MLR. We do not knowingly seek, collect, maintain or use any personal information or data from children or minors.

      • PERSONAL INFORMATION. We may require you to provide us with certain information that personally identifies you (“Personal Information”). Personal Information includes the following categories of information: (1) Contact Data (information such as your User Name and e-mail address); (2) Demographic Data (such as age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, sexual preferences, etc.). Additional Personal Information, such as relationship status and specific sexual interests may occasionally be requested on MLR for members interested in identifying themselves and potentially contacting other members. If you communicate with us by e-mail, post a Story or Stories, post messages, post images or videos, provide feedback or otherwise complete online forms, surveys, or contest entries, any such communication and any information provided in any such communication may be collected as Personal Information. It is entirely your decision whether or not to respond to such requests after registration. Information you post in MLR’s “Talks” feature, in electronic mail, or in “public” areas of MLR (with the exception of your email address and IP address – unless you choose to post them), becomes publicly available information; (3) Location Data (The IP address of the location from which you access MLR.) Among other things, we may use Location Data to customize advertising or the user experience, to monitor and improve our Services and to develop and test new Services; and (4) Device Data (information concerning the devices you use to access MLR.)

      • FINANCIAL INFORMATION. If you subscribe to MLR, and depending upon how you pay for your subscription, MLR may collect Financial Data (such as your credit (or debit) card number, name, billing address or bank information) in order to enable Company to process your credit (or debit) card. Such information is stored on our secure servers, and Company will endeavor to maintain the privacy of that information. Neither Company nor MLR may be held responsible for any criminal theft of financial information. (Note that financial information may instead be collected and maintained by third party card processors that Company has chosen to process your credit (or debit) card. Typically, such third party credit (or debit) card processors do not voluntarily share your Financial Data with Company beyond that which is necessary to activate or maintain your subscription to MLR, in the event that fraudulent activity is discovered or suspected, or in the event of some problem with your subscription. Each third party credit card processor has its own privacy policy which may differ from this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any credit (or debit) card processors which process the credit (or debit) card you use to subscribe to MLR and to advise us if you would prefer to use a different processor with which we have an agreement.)

      • TRAFFIC DATA. The following categories of information are collected when you visit MLR: (1) IP addresses; (2) domain servers; (3) Referral URLs; (4) types of computers accessing MLR; and (5) types of web browsers used to access MLR (collectively “Traffic Data”). Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you but is helpful for marketing purposes or for improving your experience on MLR.

        When you visit MLR, we may deliver one or more “cookies” to your browser that uniquely identifies your browser session. Among other things, our use of cookies allows you to store your encrypted password on your device so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit MLR, customize content specific to your interests, assist us in identifying possible fraudulent activities, improve site navigation, help prevent you from seeing the same advertisement repeatedly, provide MLR with general internal and user web analytics reports, and conduct research. MLR uses both persistent cookies and session cookies. If you remove your persistent cookie, some of the MLR’s features may not function the way you have come to expect them to function.

        As MLR and technology evolve, MLR may adopt new or different technologies. For example, we may use pixel tags (sometimes known as web beacons or clear GIFs) or other technologies to help us better understand how you use MLR so that we can customize and improve our services.


      We reserve the right to utilize information collected during the registration process, and from users who voluntarily provide us information, such as comments and feedback, in accordance with the applicable provisions of this Privacy Policy.

      • MLR’S USE OF INFORMATION. We use any information collected by Company to improve MLR and to enhance your experience while using the site. Among other things, we use your information to deliver customized services to you, to assist in our ongoing efforts to monitor MLR and help ensure against fraud, harassment and spamming, and to assist us in providing user support. We also use your contact data to contact you whenever it may become necessary to do so, to periodically send you information about MLR and its services, or to send you promotional material from some of our partners. We may also use your Personal Information to confirm that your Financial Data is valid, accurate and current, to verify your qualifications for certain services and to assure that you are properly billed for such services. Unless Company or an affiliate processes your credit (or debit) card, we do not maintain or have access to your name, physical address, credit (or debit) card number or other private information you may have shared with your credit (or debit) card processor (unless you voluntarily provide such Personal Information to Company). We may use your Demographic Data to customize and tailor your experience on MLR, and display content that we think you might be interested in viewing (according to your preferences). Non-personal and aggregate information is used by MLR for such things as to geographically customize our marketing efforts or to generally customize the use of MLR for an aggregate group of its users.


      Except in the limited ways described in this Privacy Policy we will not knowingly share your personal information. We may share Demographic Data with advertisers and other third parties only on an aggregate (i.e., non-personally-identifiable) basis. We may also share Contact Data with our business partners who assist us by performing core services (such as hosting, billing or data storage and security) related to our operation of MLR.


      You may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information. In such an event, you can still access and use the public areas of MLR; however you will not be able to access and use those portions of MLR that require your Personal Information.


    Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will always endeavor to keep your Personal Information private and will not share it with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary to: (a) satisfy any laws or regulations, or, governmental or legal requests for such information; (b) comply with a court order or other legal process; (c) satisfy our legal obligations to cooperate with law enforcement or other investigating agencies; (d) assist in an investigation of suspected or actual unlawful activity; (e) enforce our Terms and Conditions (or other policies); or (f) prevent harm or loss to, and to protect the rights, property, or safety of, MLR, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, our users or others. Your Personal Information is stored on secure servers that are not accessible by third parties. We provide you with the capability to transmit your Personal Information via industry standard secured and encrypted channels if you use a similarly equipped web browser. Please note: Should you deliberately upload or link to any illegal material (including anything which constitutes, assists with or references child pornography or human trafficking), in the event that a crime is committed or is suspected, if we are compelled to do so by lawful criminal, civil, or administrative process, discovery requests, subpoenas, court orders, warrants, writs, or reasonable request of authorities or persons with the reasonable power to obtain such process, Company specifically reserves the right to disclose any and all information to law enforcement. In particular, please note that Company will cooperate with any law enforcement agency that is investigating the exploitation of children, minors or others incapable of protecting themselves.

    • PUBLIC INFORMATION. We also make public areas (such as “Talks”) available to you. Please understand that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information. We have no control over its use and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your Personal Information in areas intended to be viewed by others.

    • CONTENT SHARED ON MLR. Any Personal Information that you voluntarily disclose on MLR (including Talks, Stories, chat dialog, email, images, or video content) becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others, even if you delete your original Posting, or if copying the Personal Information or other content violates our Terms and Conditions or other policies. As a result, any content that you submit to MLR may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public.

    • USER ABILITY TO ACCESS, UPDATE, AND CORRECT PERSONAL INFORMATION. We maintain Account Settings and Profile Settings features in order to help you confirm that your Personal Information remains correct and up-to-date. At any time, you may visit Account Settings or Profile Settings (After login, select “Your Profile”) to update your Personal Information.

    • SAFETY. We make every reasonable effort to help ensure the integrity and security of our website and systems, and, use commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your Personal Information. MLR attempts to protect your user information by taking measures such as data encryption to protect the transmission of all sensitive user information. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-parties from illegally “hacking” in to our computers and obtaining this information. You assume the risk of such breaches to the extent that they occur despite our reasonable security measures.

    • LOST OR STOLEN INFORMATION. You must promptly notify us if your user name or password is lost, stolen, or used without permission so that we can remove that user name or password from your account and prevent any unauthorized access.


    We reserve the right to transfer Personal Information to one or more affiliates, agents, professionals or advisors. We also reserve the right to transfer Personal Information to third parties in the event of a sale, acquisition, merger or other transfer of all or some of the assets of MLR, its owner, parent entities, subsidiary entities or affiliates. We may also share Personal Information with those interested in acquiring or merging with Fabonetti Holding Limited or MLR, along with our professionals and advisors. Note that we may share aggregated or non-personal information with others for such reasons as improving our Services, developing new Services and products, customizing the user experience and targeting advertising to certain segments of users or those located within certain geographic areas.


    We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update, or modify this Privacy Policy and other agreements, simply by posting such change, update, or modification on MLR and without any other notice to you. As a courtesy, and without any obligation to do so, we may also notify you by email at the address you have provided to us. Please register your current email address at [email protected] Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on MLR. You should periodically check for any modifications of this Privacy Policy by re-visiting this web page. An updated or edited version of MLR’s Privacy Policy supersedes any prior versions immediately upon posting.


    MLR’s Privacy Policy is only applicable to MLR, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from MLR, each of which may have very different privacy policies, including policies regarding data collection, storage, and use practices and policies; MLR has no control over the policies of other websites. (We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those sites.)
