ecently I've been to Berlin for business, and the visit to that beautiful city took me three days. One day more than I expected.
On Tuesday morning I had time for myself to explore the city I've never been to. Beautiful streets, unmissable 'The Wall'. I was lucky; that day seemed to be really warm and sunny. I walked down to the center and ended up on Alexanderplatz, where I decided I need a coffee. I got to the nearest mall and found a spot that offered Ice Coffee (and Wifi!). The last one was important because I had to check my mail, as I was expecting to receive a report that early afternoon. It's not in yet, oh well. When the waitress brought my coffee, I decided to just chill for a few minutes before heading back to my hotel. I still had some packing to do.
We had sex. Like, the best ever. That kind of sex with the ex, which was way more exciting than when we were together.
The minute I was done with the coffee, that was the very moment I received the email I had been awaiting. I paid and rushed between the people towards the escalator, when I bumped into that guy... It took me a good few seconds of staring into his eyes to realize that I just accidentally met my ex! What on Earth?!
At first, there was a shock. Then, a laugh because it was surprising for both of us. Although we are not much in contact anymore, we remain in a 'friendly' relation. I somehow forgot my business at that very moment and agreed to have a lunch with Greg. We talked for long, when I realized it was already 4pm and I was drinking a white wine. I had to be at the airport at 9pm, and frankly, I'd probably make it on time, but I found all the reasons not to rush. Till it was way too late. What can I say? I ended up in the flat he was renting for two months in Berlin. I was assured I could sleep at the couch, but then more wine happened...
It was a very unusual and surprising hook up with the guy I once didn't want to be around.
We had sex. Like, the best ever. That kind of sex with the ex, which was way more exciting than when we were together. We kissed more than ever before, and made love for longer than ever.
I managed to book a flight for the next day, and went back home with a hangover, feeling exhausted, and somehow satisfied. But the feeling remained. Was it a good thing to do? We don't want to get back together, I don't even think this will ever happen again, but it was a very unusual and surprising hook up with the guy I once didn't want to be around.
I regret more not fulfilling my work task, rather than the meeting.
What I’ve learned with this date
Always be shaved, always be ready, even if you're busy with a business trip in another country! Because you never know if you accidentally end up in bed with your ex lol
